Powering the Future of Autonomous Enterprise Operations

At Kindo, we’re building the AI layer that will transform how enterprises operate—more securely, more intelligently, and more autonomously. Join us on the front lines of redefining infrastructure, one agentic workflow at a time.

our mission

Kindo enables organizations to innovate fearlessly by unifying the power of agentic AI, autonomous infrastructure, and enterprise-grade control.

AI at the Core of Everything We Build

Kindo exists to modernize enterprise operations through agentic, AI-native automation. We believe the future of infrastructure is autonomous, self-securing, and intelligent by design. Our team is mission-driven to lead this transformation—placing AI at the center of every decision, product, and workflow we deliver.

Purpose-Built by a Proven Futurist

Ron Williams, our founder and CEO, has spent his career building what comes next. As a technologist, futurist, and security leader, he created Kindo to solve one of the hardest enterprise problems of the AI era: how to automate operations with trust, control, and speed. Kindo isn’t just another AI tool—it’s a platform engineered from day one for secure, autonomous infrastructure.

Core Values

A Team Built to Move With Velocity

AI Accelerated

We harness AI to move fast and outpace the competition; automating repetitive tasks and focusing on high-impact work allows us to stay relevant in a world rapidly being transformed by AI.

Customer Focused

We live on our own products to internalize our customers’ experience, ensuring they’re both successful and delighted with every interaction. We not only listen closely to their needs, but pair their input with our expertise and vision of where the market is heading to deliver solutions that go beyond just fulfilling their requests.

Own the Outcome

We are owners, taking full accountability for delivering tangible results—even when it means stepping beyond our comfort zones and roles. We solve problems holistically that are best for the overall company outcome pushing through arbitrary constraints.

Hungry to Win

We target beyond “good enough” in a fiercely competitive time constrained race to win the fight of who will dominate our market.

Best Ideas Prevail

We uncover and champion the best ideas no matter who they come from, letting data and outcomes settle debates rather than role or ego. We challenge each other constructively—without getting stuck in analysis paralysis—so we can land on the truth and make the best judgment calls.

Learning, Risking, Adapting

We are driven by curiosity to experiment boldly, take calculated risks, and quickly walk back decisions that don’t pan out; we turn each setback into a powerful lesson and pivot swiftly so we never fall behind.

Build the Future With AI-Native Builders

We’re assembling a next-generation team of engineers, AI researchers, marketers, and sellers who want to move fast and shape the future of enterprise automation. Whether you're early in your career or looking to level up, you'll work with bold thinkers and brilliant builders. We’re based in Venice, CA, with flexibility for remote contributors.
